The Governing Body of Allenby Primary School in Ealing, are seeking to appoint a new headteacher to take post in Easter 2022. Salary Range L16 – L22

We are looking to recruit a Head Teacher who:

Information about our school

Allenby is a one-form entry school with a 50-place nursery and a 14-place unit for children with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD). We are inclusive school and our unit is very much part of our school. We have worked hard in the last two years and we now have the foundations of our curriculum and our core themes and threads. We are outward facing school working with organisations such as the West London Maths Hub and benefit from the extensive support and CPD they offer. We are also a PiXL school supported by a network of leaders from across the UK.   

At our school, we firmly believe in the importance of forming relationships between parents, carers and the school. To achieve the best results it is vital that there is close co-operation and communications between home and school. Working together, we can help every child, regardless of starting point, acquire the knowledge, and develop the skills that they will need in later life.

We are seeking an existing and successful headteacher, or an outstanding deputy headteacher, who is innovative, responsible and insightful with the passion, drive, and enthusiasm to build on Allenby’s current strengths. We are looking for an individual who can ensure that Allenby Primary remains at the centre of the local community and who fosters successful relationships with parents, carers and external organisations, while maintaining relationships with our ELP schools across Ealing. 

The successful individual will be focussed on pupil and staff development alike. They will be able to lead, motivate, develop, and inspire a school team of staff and governors who are passionately committed to giving pupils the widest range of real-life enriching experiences and exceptional opportunities, within a culture of high expectations.
