Part-time - 21 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday)

Term Time Only + 5 Training Days +1 Week (to be worked during the school holidays, as designated by your line manager, including exam results day)

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Key Stage 5 Administrator to join the administration team. Featherstone High is a friendly school that values teamwork and high achievement in all areas of our work with young people.

The main duties will include:

● To provide a high level of admin support to the Director of Sixth Form and Heads of Year (HOY)

● Maintain accurate 6th form student attendance and lateness records on the SIMS.Net Attendance Module daily and act as the point of contact

● To support the School Administration Manager with the delivery of administrative support across the school.

● To support the administration of all Sixth Form related matters.

Experience needed:

● Excellent administrative and ICT skills, including attention to detail on data entry work, and the ability to multitask

● Excellent interpersonal skills including a 'Can-do' attitude

● Previous experience of working in a secondary school or Further Education environment

● SIMS experience gained from working in a school, voluntarily or paid, as well as experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
