RETURN POLICY

At TES.com our return policy is simple. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or replacement. All refunds will be for the original purchase price. There are no refunds after 30 days. If the return is due to our error we will pay for all shipping costs to send you a replacement.

Returns for replacement within 30 days will be exchanged or replaced by TES.com.

If delivery is refused upon shipment, a full product refund will be credited, minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee, provided the product has not been opened and is in its original condition.

To return a product, simply call 505-254-4999 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number any time between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Central time.

When you call for the RMA, you are responsible for making sure that the package arrives to us. We recommend that you use a reliable source such as UPS or the USPS using delivery confirmation.

Once your package arrives to us, we will follow up with the appropriate action requested at the time the RMA was issued. If a credit is to be issued, please allow 5 - 7 days after arrival to process the credit.
