About our guests:

John and Henry founded Leon restaurants with the ambition of changing the face of fast food. They have since launched the School Food Plan – a set of recommendations to help improve children's diets, which the Government has taken on board, and Cook 5 – a nationwide campaign to encourage thousands of children to learn to cook five dishes before the age of 16.
