How do I subscribe?

Subscribing is quick and easy. TES Subscriptions Line is open from 08:00 - 21:30 Monday to Friday and 08:00 - 16:00 Saturday (excluding public holidays)

What does my subscription include?

Your subscription includes the print editions of TES magazine and TES Jobs delivered by first class post every Friday. As a subscriber you also receive instant access to TES digital reader for IOS, Android and Kindle. Each version gives you the latest magazine every week - with the same great News, Features and Jobs. They also allow you to go straight from articles to relevant teaching resources with a single click, and to access a growing collection of digital back issues.

How do I access the digital editions of TES?

If you subscribe to TES magazine you can also access it in the digital format by logging in here with your subscriber ID and surname.

If you would prefer to subscribe to the digital version of the magazine, you can register for a TES Digital subscription at www.tesdigital.com

My TES has not arrived, who do I contact?

If you have not received your copy of TES on the usual day then please contact us. We will do our best to get you another copy in the post asap. UK copies are delivered first class every Friday. Please allow 5-7 working days for overseas delivery.

My TES has arrived damaged, who do I contact?

If your TES has been delivered to you in an unsatisfactory state then we sincerely apologise and will be happy to send you another copy free of charge. How long will it take for my subscription to start?

Depending on your payment method you could receive your first issue of TES within a week but certainly we aim to deliver your first issue within 2 weeks of your order. Please note your access to TES digital is instant. As soon as you have received your subscriber number you can access TES digital here.

What day should I expect to receive my copy?

Your copy should arrive every Friday by first class post.

Does my subscription include all the jobs sections?

Yes. TES Jobs supplement contains the largest selection of academic, education and teaching job vacancies in the UK. Along with TES Jobs subscription to TES will also include TES magazine in print and digital format.

Can I get TES delivered only during term time?

Should you wish to stop your copies arriving during the Summer Holidays then please contact TES subscriptions on 0844 543 0064 or email help@tesglobalsubscribe.com

Payment

How can I pay for my subscription?

You can pay for your subscription by direct debit or with a credit or debit card. To pay online click on the subscribe link or by calling TES Subscriptions 0844 543 0064.

How do I renew my subscription?

When your subscription is due for renewal you will be sent a reminder letter from us with a renewal form for you to fill out and send back. Can I be invoiced for my subscription?

Yes, please call TES Subscriptions 0844 543 0064 to arrange an invoice. Alternatively you can email help@tesglobalsubscribe.com. Please quote your promotion code to ensure you are invoiced at the correct price.

If I am invoiced will payment need to be made before issues are received?

Yes. You will receive your first subscription copy as soon as payment has been received.

Can I order a bulk subscription for my school?

Yes you can order as many copies as you wish to be delivered to the same address. If you have any queries, please contact TES subscriptions on 0844 543 0064 or email help@tesglobalsubscribe.com.

How do I order back issues?

If you have failed to received an issue that you were due through your subscription then we will happily send you the missing copy free of charge. However if you would like to receive any additional copies of backdated issues then this can be arranged at an additional cost of £4.00 per copy. Where do I find my subscriber number?

You can find your subscriber number above your name on the carrier sheet inside your delivered publication. You can also find it on any correspondence from TES. Your subscriber number is a 10 digit number. If you're still unable to find it then please call TES subscriptions on 0844 543 0064 or email help@tesglobalsubscribe.com or write to TES Subscriptions, McGowan House, 10 Waterside Way, Northampton, NN4 7XD.

Will you share my details with other companies?

When you subscribe to the TES you will be given the option to opt out of receiving mail from selected companies or having your details passed on. TES does not share any information with other companies unless given permission by you.

Gift Subscriptions

How do I order a gift subscription?

You can order a gift subscription online by clicking on the subscribe link. Once you have picked your preferred payment option, you will be asked if the subscription is for you or as a gift. Simply tick the appropriate box.

Will the recipient of my gift subscription receive notification?

The notification of the subscription will go to the payer who would then notify the recipient of the gift subscription, if they have not done so already.
