Magna Carta: How well do pupils know their own human rights?



In the year of the 800th anniversary of the first signing of Magna Carta, the document that established the safeguarding of fundamental rights and liberties, TES and Amnesty UK ran a poll to see how well today's pupils understand human rights – including their own.

TES is the official media partner of the Amnesty Youth Awards. Open to young people between the ages of 7-19 (including FE), the competition aims to reward students for work in relation to human rights in one or more of five categories.
