One-to-One interview coaching
The TES Career Advice Service offers half-day one-to-one interview coaching to help you to improve your performance, showcase your skills and experience and give a thoroughly professional impression.
The 2.5 hour sessions with an experienced education interviewer will help you to prepare for an important interview and increase your chances of being offered the position.
The ideal time for coaching is at the beginning of the job-seeking process so that you’re ready for the first interview or telephone conversation.
Our coaching is designed to:
- Help you to identify your strengths and to make the most of them
- Prepare for the possible questions at a job interview
- Suggest the best ways to answer questions
- Identify examples in your professional experience that relate to specific job competencies.
- Alert you to the non-verbal messages you may be communicating and improve your personal presentation
- Tell you what you are doing right and how you can build on this
- Be honest about what you’re doing wrong
No service can guarantee that you get the job but we can help to identify your strengths and weaknesses and develop ways of improving your interview performance.
Prices for the service are £350 to £400 including VAT for a central London weekday appointment. It may also be possible to organise an appointment outside London for an additional fee to cover room hire. Occasional appointments are available on Saturdays.
The TES Career Advice Service will call you to confirm your booking and to take a credit/debit card payment.
