The TES Resources Subject Advisers Team

The TES Resources team of subject advisers represents the voice of the teaching community. All the advisers have teaching backgrounds and understand the needs of teachers. They select curriculum-based content for specific subject areas.

English - Chantel Mathias
TES English
Based in Wales, Chantel spent 11 years as an English and Drama teacher while building up an English Teaching website. She has shared over 1,300 resources.

Maths - Craig Barton
TES Maths
An Advanced Skills Maths teacher at a secondary school in the Liverpool area, who qualified in 2005, Craig has shared over 368 resources to TES Resources.

Early years and Primary - Sara Carroll
TES Early years and Primary
Sara, a former Primary teacher, now develops TESiboard interactive resources for EYFS and Primary. She is also involved in recommending and collating resource collections for TES, for the website, magazine and newsletters.

Primary - Steve Rawlins
TES Primary
An ICT teacher for five years, based near Bristol, Steve has created and uploaded over 600 interactive resources.

Science - Dr Richard Spencer
TES Science
Richard has been a teacher for 18 years and is currently subject leader for Biology and the Learning and Development Manager in a sixth form centre in the North East of England. He has worked on action research projects and science festivals including 'Science on Stage'.

Citizenship and Religious Education - Christopher Wheeler

Christopher has been a teacher for seven years and is currently head of RE and Sociology at a Cheshire secondary school.

ICT - Mark Clarkson
