Sport Relief and TSL (“TES Connect”) prize draw

To be eligible, you must download at least one teaching resource from between 00.01am on 23rd February and 11.59PM on 5th March 2014 GMT.

This prize draw is open to teachers, paraprofessionals and school support personnel of public and private schools and colleges, both active and retired. We reserve the right to verify that all winners are legitimate education professionals, and we reserve the right to select another winner if these conditions are not met.

There are 10 prizes to be won over 10 days, with a prize to be won on each of the days. Winners will be picked at random from those who download a teaching resource(s).

The following prizes can be won on the following dates:

      1) 1 x Davina McCall signed Sport Relief 2014 t-shirt (24th February 2014)

      2) Month’s supply of Dubble Chocolate and a year’s subscription to PaPaPaa learning resources (25th February 2014)

      3) 1 x Little Mix signed Sport Relief 2014 t-shirt (26th February 2014)

      4) 1 x Ellie Simmons signed swimming hat and 1 x Ellie Simmons signed shower cap used at Sport Relief 2014 photo-shoot (27th February 2014)

      5) 1 x McBusted signed Sport Relief 2014 t-shirt (28th February 2014)

      6) A year’s supply of milk courtesy of Cravendale – (in the form of 52 2l vouchers) (1st March 2014)

      7) 1 x Ben Cohen signed Sport Relief 2014 t-shirt (2nd March 2014)

      8) A hamper of goodies from Traidcraft (3rd March 2014)

      9) 1 x Victoria Pendleton signed Sport Relief 2014 t-shirt (4th March 2014)

      10) 1 x Chris Hoy signed cycling helmet used at Sport Relief 2014 photo-shoot (5th March 2014)

The 5 winners from the first 5 competition days will be selected at random using random.org on 3rd March 2014 from the daily downloads made on 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28th February. The additional 5 winners for the remaining days will be selected at random on the 7th March from downloads made on 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5th March.

You will be entered into the prize draw for each resource download generated.

Only the first download counts as an entry.

Video views do not count as downloads.

By participating you agree to the requirements set out in all promotional materials and these General Terms and Conditions.

The competition may be promoted over several different websites simultaneously.

Not open to employees (or their immediate families) of TSL Education Ltd (“TSL”), its agencies or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion. TSL reserves the right to request proof of identity or to verify eligibility conditions and to award any prize to the winner in person.

Entries via agents or third parties or the use of multiple identities and email addresses are not permitted. TSL reserves the right to disqualify late, misdirected, incomplete, corrupted, lost, illegible or invalid entries.

To enter you must register or be registered with us. Your personal details supplied at registration will be used in accordance with TSL's current published Privacy Policy. We will not sell or share your personal details with any third party. Personal details will only be used for managing your subscription and related marketing purposes if you have consented to receive future marketing from TSL.

We require a response before awarding any prize and if no response is received within a reasonable period of time, TSL reserves the right to withdraw the prize entitlement and will award the prize to a substitute winner drawn at the same time as the first name(s) selected.

TSL has arranged this Promotion in good faith but, to the fullest extent allowed by law, accepts no responsibility for loss or damages as a result of anyone participating in the Promotion or any aspect of any prize awarded. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.

TSL reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the promotion or extend or resume the entry period or disqualify any participant at any time without giving advance notice and will do so if it cannot be guaranteed that the promotion can be carried out fairly or correctly for technical, legal or other reasons or if TSL suspects that any person has been manipulating entries or the results or has acted unethically in any other way.

Email safety In the event that TSL wishes to contact you in connect with your entry we will do so via an email ending in 'tes.co.uk' or ‘tsleducation.com’ or by phone with a follow up e-mail. However, an email ending in 'tes.co.uk' or ‘tsleducation.com’ is not a guarantee that the email is authentic. Any email which appears to come from TSL but using a different ending (e.g. webmail accounts such as hotmail.com, yahoo.com, gmail.com etc) should be treated with suspicion and forwarded to Customer Service. DO NOT respond or act on any e-mail if you are not sure that it comes from TSL. If you are in any doubt please contact Customer Services on 0203 194 3000.

Winners will be required to participate in reasonable related publicity without further payment or permission. TSL may publish the first name, surname and/or town/city. In the absence of participation, TSL reserves the right to withdraw the prize entitlement, without recompense and award the prize to the substitute.

The winners will be contacted by email within 48 hours of the published draw dates. If any winner does not respond within 14 days of prize notification, or is not able or available to accept the prize for any reason beyond the sponsor's reasonable control, the sponsor reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve winner, selected at the same time as the original winner in accordance with these Official Rules. If a winner does not respond, two additional draws will take place. If those alternate winners do not respond, the prize will be forfeited. Prizes will be sent our within one month of winners accepting the prize.

TSL does not accept any responsibility for any network congestion, technical failure or other problem in any telephone line, network, system, provider or otherwise which results in any communication not being properly recorded or received.

To the extent permitted by law, TSL excludes all warranties and representations (whether expressed or implied), and all its liability (including without limitation for negligence) regarding this competition or the prizes (other than for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence) including without limitation all indirect or consequential loss or damages, loss of profit, or loss or damage to data.

TSL's decision is final and we reserve the right not to correspond on any matter.

TSL is registered in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act and complies with regulatory requirements and expectations related to Privacy.

The laws of England apply and any disputes will be dealt with in the English courts only.
