I am a Teacher of Science and e-learning co-ordinator at Priory Community School in Western Super Mare. Currently in my 3rd year of teaching, I love to use gadgets, iPads, mobile devices and ICT to enhance the learning experience and develop key transferable skills for the future.

Since joining the profession in the 70s, I have held the posts of Science Teacher, Head of Physics and Electronics, Head of Science and Deputy Headteacher. I have been an examiner for over 30 years. I am the PGCE Physics tutor at Cardiff Metropolitan University, the science expert at the DfES and an accredited subject expert at Ofqual.
I have been teaching since 2003. I am currently Head of Physics at a School in East Bristol. I became a teacher because I wanted to give children the opportunity learn and explore and not just be told facts.

I teach children with special educational needs at Beech Hill School. I've been there for over thirteen years, the last seven of those as an Advanced Skills Teacher. My subject is science but I have taught most others while I've been at the school.

I have been teaching in England and Wales for 9 years having previously spent time as a research Chemist in a novel chemical Research and Development group and 10 years developing a novel large bird farming enterprise.

After studying Biology and Geography at undergraduate level, I completed a MA in Environmental Biology. I currently teach Biology at Porthcawl Comprehensive School and am studying for a MA in Education. In 2011 I worked with NGfL Cymru to create Biology resources for the new GCSE Science Curriculum.
I completed a BSc in Human Science and then made the move into teaching. I'm a Science Co-ordinator and Primary Science AST in Durham and was awarded the AstraZeneca Primary Science Teacher of the year award in 2009. I am interested in the practical investigative side of science, making links with the "real world" and also using the outdoors where appropriate.
16 years experience as synthetic organic chemist in pharmaceutical industry...now NQT at Folkestone School for Girls! I really enjoy creating my resources and collaborating and sharing them. I welcome any feedback and if you find my resources useful please leave a comment.
Having lived in Belgium and worked for Euroclear, I spent two years as a front line police officer in South Wales and then a further two years working for SSE before completing a PGCE. I currently work at The Bishop of Hereford's Bluecoat School, teaching science at KS3 and 4.
I have been teaching for eighteen years and have held various positions including Head of Science and Assistant Headteacher. My experience includes four years in international education as a Head of Science in schools in Malaysia and Singapore. I am currently working in a school in west London and have a popular Youtube Channel.
