We are currently seeking a Boarding House Supervisor to commence in January 2014.  The Boarding House Supervisor’s role is to provide quality pastoral care and support as well as appropriate supervision in the general routine of boarding students. As members of the Boarding staff team, the Boarding House Supervisors play an important role in creating a positive, supportive and open culture which encourages full participation in the academic and extra-curricular programs within the School and the Boarding community.


Key responsibilities of the Boarding House Supervisor role include:


  • Providing effective leadership and support to boarding students
  • Supporting and administering general Boarding House operational processes and policies
  • Providing a high quality service to internal and external members of the School community
  • Demonstrating support for the School’s philosophy, policies and procedures, core values and commitment to the Anglican ethos


This role will be offered initially on a Full-time, fixed term contract for 2014 school year.  Hours will be allocated on a roster system across 7 days of the week.  Majority of shifts are of an evening with multiple sleepover shifts required each week.  Most of the school holidays off.  Meals and accommodation available in our boarding house.
