Maths – An Introduction to Tarsia

  • Tarsia is a piece of freely available software which allows teachers to create a wide range of jigsaws, domino and follow-me activities very easily. You can easily create wide range of activities, including jigsaws of various shapes and sizes, dominoes, matching rectangular cards and follow-me cards.

English – Of Mice and Men

  • The TES English collection of print-based (Word and PDF) teaching resources, activities and worksheets on Of Mice and Men by John Steinbeck. Also included are a range of interactive whiteboard resources and twenty audio files on many aspects of the novella.

History – Schools History Projects

  • Resources shared by the teaching community on TES Resources and selected by TES History adviser, Daniel Hartley, Lead Teacher of History in the Humanities Department at Chulmleigh Community College.The collection is for teachers delivering The GCSE Schools History Project syllabus. It should provide activities and ideas to keep the pupils engaged.
