Blackburn Early Learning Centre is a 69 place centre located close to public transport and offers heaps of on-street parking.


The Role:

Reporting to the Centre Director you will work within a team of 15 professional educators. The centre has been fully renovated with 5 rooms of all age groups. The team are amazing and the centre has a really passionate and dedicated director.


You role is to prepare 10 children between the age 4 and 5 years old to ensure a smooth transition into school. Working in the Kinder Room you will develop, plan and implement an educational program suited to the needs of the children and in line with EYLF and NQS.


This is a great opportunity to work in a small group to gain valuable experience working 1 on 1 with the children of a manageable size room.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor Degree Early Childhood Qualification minimum required.
  • Able to demonstrate a high level understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Demonstrate a commitment to excellence and professional quality care.
  • 1-2 year’s experience working in the childcare industry.
