The Head of Grammar is a key leadership position within the School. The incumbent is a member of the Executive Team. The management of boys in the secondary school and the leadership of staff who work with them are the key responsibilities of the role. Underpinned by the six Core Values of Pittwater House, we seek to ensure the provision of a leading edge, 21st century education which develops the whole person for their future.



As set out in the Pittwater House Schools Ltd Teachers Agreement 2011-2014. This position is tenured for 5 years, renewable by mutual agreement.Superannuation at the approved SGL rate


HOURS School hours and considerable out of hours involvement in various school activities.


TERMINATION In accordance with the TPHS Teaching Staff Scale.


PERFORMANCE REVIEW This Position Description is to be used as a framework for performance review
