The Head of Teaching, Innovation and Diversity (HOTID) is a senior leadership position in the school and a member of the School Leadership Team (previous senior leadership experience is preferable, middle leadership experience is essential). The HOTID exercises leadership in the spirit of the Gospel and the School Mission Statement. The HOTID is responsible and accountable to the Principal for the development of quality teaching which reflects current research. Furthermore, this role involves leading teams that enhance technology and recognise diversity in the classroom. The HOTID shows responsibility for implementing the Parramatta Diocesan Strategic Intent and the school’s Implementation Plan.
