Kincoppal – Rose Bay, School of the Sacred Heart, is a leading Independent Catholic day and boarding school founded in 1882.


The KRB Swimming Program is a key element of our School, and caters for swimmers of all levels. With programs from Learn to Swim through to squads we conduct some 700 classes per week and focus on creating positive experiences between children, teachers, coaches and team mates.


We require a person with industry experience to coordinate our Learn To Swim (LTS) program. Working 30 hours a week within a busy team, the role consists of pool deck supervision for the School’s busy afternoon LTS Program. You will be required to oversee all LTS operations which include bookings, class schedules, and staff management.


If you have, excellent communication and customer service skills, the ability to cover multiple roles across a 6 day roster, a passion for swimming teaching, and the ability to supervise a small team of LTS teachers we’d love to hear from you. 


School Term: Mon to Fri from 1.45 to 7.15 pm (& 3 hours on Sat). School Holidays: Mon to Fri from 8.00 am to 12.30 pm. Additional hours may be required with the external schools program.


Hourly Rate: $30 to $35 plus superannuation. This role may be made permanent in the coming months.


Essential: AUSTSWIM Certificate / Swim Australia Teacher of Swimming, Current CPR, Working with Children Check and 3 years industry experience in Aquatic Education / Management


Desirable: Experience with Links Modular Systems software, Coaching Licence and strong administration & organisational skills.
