CEDP currently operates 4 Catholic Early Learning Centres (CELCs) and its aim is to expand this to between 6-8 within 2 years.


This role of Manager CELC Services (MCS) has 2 broad areas of focus: The first is the management and administration of the existing 4 centres. The second is to project manage the development and the growth of CELCs within CEDP and to implement these strategies through the support of business models


The expectation is that on completion of the implementation (by end of 2015), the role would then be responsible for the management and administration of the 6-8 CELCs within CEDP



  • Support of Catholic Ethos
  • Demonstrated experience in management of early learning centres
  • Current Early Childhood knowledge including the National Quality Framework (Law, Regulations, NQS, EYLF, Code of Ethics)
  • Tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education
  • Demonstrated high level interpersonal, negotiation, consultation and oral and written communication skills
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining effective personal networks and relationships
  • Previous experience in the management of complex projects.
  • Business acumen with strong strategic vision, tactical planning and organisational understanding
  • Demonstrated high level conceptual and problem solving skills
  • Current working with children check
