Project Officer – SDN Service Delivery Accountability Unit - NSW   






We require a full-time Project Officer to manage and maintain a rigorous auditing and quality assurance system for tracking and reporting on service delivery operation in relation to Child Well Being.


The Unit

The Accountability Unit work to enable leaders and managers of service delivery to take account of the quality of service in each community.



- Maintaining internal systems to ensure that SDN is able to manage and monitor compliance with legislation, regulations and quality improvement.

- Audit the implementation of policies and procedures as determined by legislation and regulations.

- Work closely with the HR Manager and Return to Work/Work Health & Safety Coordinator with regards to WHS matters including, site audits, identification of trends etc.

- Identify and evaluate potential areas of vulnerability and risk presenting in the data and audit results

- Maintain effective records as required and provide statistical and service delivery information as required for the purposes of accountability and program/centre development.

- Work collaboratively with Executive administrators to implement and track data across Regions and Communities

- Work collaboratively with Unit Directors and Senior leaders to collate and present an evidence base of audit results and data reports to support decision making and continuous improvement.




To be considered for the role you will have:

- University qualifications in Social Science or related discipline (desirable)

- Certification and experience in project management with the ability to plan, monitor and report on relevant outputs and outcomes

- Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain records and to audit processes.

- Excellent computer skills, analysis and report writing skills
