Applications are invited from suitably qualified applicants who can demonstrate the key competencies indicated in the criteria. 
Previous experience in a school context is highly desirable.



The successful applicant will be able to:

  • Support and promote the Catholic mission and ethos of the school
  • Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in eSchool, Microsoft Office and relevant publishing and database applications
  • Have an understanding of Web2.0 tools
  • Have an understanding of basic financial procedures
  • Work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Apply knowledge and skills to a range of administrative tasks and demonstrate self-directed learning 
  • Work within established routines, methods and procedures while being flexible to attend to the demands of a complex work environment
  • Exercise confidentiality, discretion and initiative. 
  • Support parents, students and staff to enable the smooth operation of the school 
  • Prioritise work demands in consultation with the Office Manager and organise own work schedule
  • Communicate effectively and courteously, both verbally and in writing
  • Draft simple correspondence 
  • Operate equipment e.g. photocopier, laminator
  • Provide first aid to students and hold a current First Aid Certificate
