Mike Sheridan, London’s Regional Director, will talk about Ofsted’s work and answer your questions
We know from the questions that we get asked by teachers that there’s an appetite for information and clarification. Teachers tell us that they’d like to have more contact with Ofsted away from the inspection process and we’ve listened.
We take engagement with those we inspect seriously. We want to hear teachers’ views and to be able to tell them about Ofsted’s work. Since 2014 we’ve been running a programme of face-to-face discussion groups in schools across the country. Teachers are telling us they want more contact with us - one way of achieving this is by running webinars and the first of these is for teachers working in London.
If you join our webinar on 25 January at 7pm you can listen to Mike Sheridan, Regional Director for London, and some of his senior colleagues talking about:
- what’s happening across the region
- the myths that exist about our work.
When you register for the webinar you’ll have the opportunity to:
- help shape the event by telling us what topics you’d like to hear about
- pose any specific questions to Mike and the regional team.
We hope as many teachers as possible will be able to take advantage of this opportunity to speak directly with us about their concerns and areas of interest. And we’d encourage people to sign up soon as we’re anticipating high demand.
There are 500 spaces available and you can register at https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/8438195770212024835
