London, UK; 19 June 2026: The winners of the Tes Schools Awards 2026 have been announced, recognising the schools and teachers whose work is transforming outcomes for pupils and setting new standards across education in the UK.
The Tes Schools Awards are widely regarded as the most prestigious awards in UK education. Since 2009, they have brought together state and independent schools from England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland to celebrate the individuals and institutions delivering exceptional impact in their classrooms, schools and communities.
This year’s awards attracted a record number of nominations, highlighting the breadth of innovation and excellence taking place across the sector. Winners were selected by a panel of experienced school leaders and education experts across 23 categories spanning leadership, teaching, wellbeing, pupil outcomes and innovation.
The awards were presented at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on the 19th June, with comedian Katherine Ryan hosting the ceremony.
