About Central Bedfordshire College
Central Bedfordshire College is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational further education college in Bedfordshire, serving students from the age of 16 and above. The college, situated in Dunstable has over 3,000 learners attend every year. It is in partnership with The University of Bedfordshire and The University of Northampton.
Central Bedfordshire College was established in 1961. It is spread across three campuses – Kingsway, Luton Road and Kingsland Central Bedfordshire. It offers a range of vocational full and part time further education and training programmes from Level 1 to Level 5, along with apprenticeships and adult learning classes. Facilities include a training hair and beauty salon, training restaurant and engineering centre.

Central Bedfordshire College wants to offer students in the community an inspiring and inclusive learning environment where they can achieve their maximum potential. It is important to the college that pupils feel supported by dedicated teaching staff, who work to treat them as adults. The college hopes that students leave fully prepared and qualified for the next stage of their lives so that they can go on to achieve their goals and ambitions. Learners are encourage to get involved with extra-curricular activities during their time at the college to help enhance their learning experience, which range from fundraising events to sports clubs.
