A convivial buzz emanates from this glorious school" Tatler Schools Guide

This school doesn’t attract the kind of parents who want bling – instead, it invests in substance and puts the needs of the children up front.  The staff and students we met were absolutely the kind of people you’d want to be stuck in a lift with - - fun, friendly, honest, polite and purposefulTalk Education

Godolphin fosters an environment of excellence, empowering each student to discover their talents, develop their perspective and realise their own potential.  We firmly believe in diversity and inclusivity, encouraging independence of thought, community spirit and respect for all.  Compassion and kindness are key values that we embed within the School, creating a culture of altruism and empathy.

With national success in music, sport, art and technology, Godolphin has a wide-ranging curriculum and students can develop their sporting, artistic and academic skills from age 3-18. Scholarships are offered at 11+, 13+ and 16+ entry.

Our curriculum offers rigour, breadth, and challenge. Combining traditional and modern subjects, our senior curriculum is designed and tailored to age, ability, and aptitude. Our scholarship programme, Inspiring Bright Minds, challenges our most academically able students and our excellent SEN provision nurtures and supports students to achieve of their best.

We place huge value on physical education, providing a broad spectrum of engaging and inspiring activities to encourage participation. We recognise the positive impact sport has on the happiness and wellbeing of students.

Our co-curricular activities are vital to supporting the academic and pastoral objectives that prepare students for adult life. In addition to the traditional programmes such as Combined Cadet Force, The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award and Leiths School of Food and Wine, we offer many opportunities for students to discover their abilities, learn life skills and build confidence.

Godolphin is a strong community and is committed to providing the best possible pastoral care. Boarders and day students live together in the same houses which engenders a genuine sense of belonging.

Looking ahead, Godolphin embraces plans to offer co-education in Godolphin Prep by 2024 and Godolphin in 2025, maintaining our unwavering commitment to preparing students for life’s challenges and empowering them to leave a lasting impact on the world.
