International School Suva
About International School Suva
International School Suva is an independent co-educational international school located in Suva, Fiji. The school was established in the 1970s, and offers a strong international curriculum for around 600 students. International School Suva follows the International Baccalaureate curriculum throughout all levels of the school, for students aged 3-18. This is intended to prepare students for their studies into the IGCSE examination, and later the International Baccalaureate Diploma, an international-accredited pre-university qualification. This qualification is taught in conjunction with the ACT certificate, and in addition to this is assessed using the Australian ATAR score system.
This diverse range of qualifications is intended to allow the school to meet the needs of every child in an international environment, allowing them to apply to universities across the globe. The school also works hard to ensure that students undergo proper personal development, and offers a wide range of extra-curricular activities for them to take part in, including competitive sports opportunities. The school support these activities and curriculums with a range of modern high-quality teaching and recreational facilities, maintaining small class sizes and providing extensive support for its students regarding their university choices.
