About Mulberry UTC

Mulberry UTC is a school for boys and girls aged 14-19 which opened in Bow, east London in September 2017. It is part of the Mulberry Schools Trust, along with Mulberry School for Girls and Mulberry Academy Shoreditch. Our vision is to provide young people with outstanding academic, technical and vocational learning, so that they are well-prepared to succeed in their chosen future careers. We offer an innovative curriculum, supported by industry and university partners including Barts Health NHS Trust, Bank of America, the BFI, the National Theatre and Goldsmiths, University of London. We are a diverse, inclusive school and every member of our school community is valued and celebrated for the unique contribution they make to school life.

Our students take GCSEs and A-levels alongside technical and vocational qualifications in science, health, digital media, performing arts and theatre production. Our specialist building is equipped with state of the art facilities, enabling students to learn the skills they need to move on to university, apprenticeships or skilled work in their chosen specialist fields. Our exceptional team of teachers and leaders ensure that our graduates are self-motivated, independent learners who thrive in the world outside school. They leave us ready to take the lead in solving global challenges, boosting economic growth and creating new opportunities within communities.
