Norbury High School for Girls, part of The Manor Trust, is a unique, forward-thinking and diverse community dedicated to delivering our key values:

We have a health cash plan with Simply Health, Bike2Work scheme and staff well being programme which includes a staff reward scheme and regular social activities.

We follow Standard Teacher Pay and Conditions and Teacher Pension and support staff can join the Local Government Pension Scheme. ECT’s follow an established induction and mentor programme while more experienced staff are able to join our leadership training programmes. Many among our teaching staff enrol in our school-based MA programme run in conjunction with St Mary's University. The Trust is a member of PiXL.

We are located in the north of the borough with onsite parking and excellent transport links to London and the surrounding areas.
