Reynolds Academy is a good over-subscribed 3-11 Primary Academy.  Teachers at Reynolds enjoy a well-disciplined teaching environment where their future career progression is always encouraged and supported. Rated as 'Good' by Ofsted on its last inspection in 2015,  the academy has thrived under the development of the Trust and academic aspirations continue to improve.   Reynolds Academy creates a safe, secure and nurturing environment for staff members and the local community to be proud of.  Reynolds Academy provides an environment where success and excellence is celebrated and developed in students and staff.

As part of an ever growing Trust, each individual Academy provides an integral part of an organisation driving to achieve excellence for education, across every site and for each of the communities they represent.   Cooperation between member schools is at the forefront of creating successful practices across the Trust and this collaboration enriches staff and students alike.  Currently we are expanding into the Louth area of Lincolnshire.   We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. As part of this process, all successful applicants will be required to apply for an enhanced DBS.

Development opportunities

Reynolds Academy prides itself in providing career progression opportunities for staff of all levels and experience. A number of pastoral and curriculum management roles are currently held by former NQTs, who began their teaching careers at the academy.   CPD is an integral part of our Vision, with regular training opportunities for all staff.

Our facilities

Staff benefit from a computer work room equipped with modern pc work stations and a recently refurbished staff room.  Investing in new facilities and resources is at the forefront of the academy's priorities and as part of this commitment a new classroom has recently been added to the existing site.
