Robinsfield Infant School

Robinsfield Infant School is a mixed community school for children aged 3-7, situated in the heart of St John’s Wood, north-west London. There are around 180 pupils in the infant school and more than 50 children in the nursery.   

Robinsfield Infant School runs after-school clubs in piano, guitar, recorders, violin, badminton, cookery and computing.

Robinsfield Infant School aims to be a happy and inclusive place, equipping pupils with the skills and confidence to be independent learners, persevere when faced with challenges and take pride in their achievements. Its vision is to ensure that every child makes outstanding progress and becomes a learner for life.   

The school holds the Healthy Schools Partnership Gold Award, which recognises good practice in supporting children and young people to achieve or maintain a healthy lifestyle and wellbeing.

“There is a strong emphasis on giving pupils opportunities to reflect on their learning and the world around them. There are also good opportunities to think about the wide range of different heritages represented in the school, and to celebrate many different festivals. These mean the spiritual, moral, social and cultural development of pupils is well provided for and promote good relations and understanding between pupils from different backgrounds."
