Values and vision

Ryecroft Academy is summarised by its motto “Grow, develop, branch out”. It gives children the best start in life, aiming to allow them to prepare themselves for the wider world. The academy offers pupils the best education possible regardless of their background, which is one of the key values of the Gorse Academies Trust.

Children are at the heart of what the academy does and staff include pupils in decision-making, listening to what they say in order to make choices that are right for them and the community.
