We are looking to appoint a 1:1 Behavioural Support Assistant as soon as possible 

to join a strong team of support staff.

This post is term-time.

Do you have the necessary skills and experience to support a pupil 1:1 with some challenging behaviour and learning difficulties?  

If so, we are looking for a behavioural support assistant with:

Little Reddings is a two-form entry primary school with nursery and we are part of the Bushey St James Academy Trust with Bushey Meads secondary school and Hartsbourne primary school. 

The position is for 25 hours per week and will be supporting a Year 4 pupil. The post is a temporary contract linked to a specific student whilst they are attending the school. The salary for this post is APT & C Points 4 - 5 plus London Fringe (actual salary range £10,349 p.a. - £10,557 p.a. + £490 p.a.) dependent on qualifications and experience.  

Applicants should be educated to post 16 level or above and have a high degree of common sense.  Experience of working with children and the willingness to undertake suitable training is essential.
