1:1 Teaching Assistant Required for February 2019

CHILD SPECIFIC CONTRACT

Hours 27.5 hours x 40 weeks per annum

We are seeking to appoint a 1:1 Special Needs Assistant to work under the direction of the class teacher and SENDCO to support the learning of a pupil with Autism and challenging behaviour.  Support plans are in place to guide learning and behaviour within a whole class setting as well as when working 1:1.  Experience in working with children with special educational needs is desirable, particularly working with pupils who have challenging behaviours and difficulties with communication.
