1:1 Teaching Assistant SEND

Cromwell Academy is a delightful, well-maintained primary school which is bursting with potential. We are seeking to appoint an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic 1:1 Teaching Assistant, ideally with birth to 5 or nursery experience. 

The ideal candidate will be professional, adaptable, have good communication skills, a sense of humour and the ability to work well as part of a team. They must demonstrate full commitment to the school and its drive to continually raise standards. The candidate must be passionate about supporting children's learning and creativity across the curriculum in our vibrant and friendly school, and ideally have knowledge and skills in supporting pupils with specific SEND needs.

This post is suitable for an experienced Teaching Assistant on a full-time basis of 27.5 hours per week (08.45 – 15.15 Monday – Friday), term time only (38 weeks per year).
