The Paragon School, Bath is looking to appoint a dedicated, professional, and flexible part time 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant, happy school on a term time only basis from February/March 2023 working mornings only, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 11.30am (15 hours) until and until the end of the academic year. This fixed term contract will be reviewed on an annual basis.
The role will provide dedicated one to one inclusion support for a child with specific needs. The successful candidates will have an understanding of working with children with sensory needs who may have previous experience working with children with additional needs, or a willingness to learn and hold an NVQ in childcare or equivalent qualification.
The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. Applicants must undergo child protection screening, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service.
