1 to 1 TA EYFS/KS1

We are looking for a highly committed teaching assistant to support pupils with EHCP in EYFS/KS1 initially but who would have the flexibility to be a whole class TA if required.  Ideally you will already have school experience supporting young pupils with special educational needs.

You will need to have:

• good Literacy and Numeracy skills

• high expectations and the ability to motivate pupils

• the ability to establish clear boundaries and routines, which will ensure the pupil’s enjoyment and success in learning

• a calm personality, patience and good sense of humour
