This is an exciting opportunity for a bright and innovative individual to take on a leadership role within the Science department at George Mitchell School. The successful candidate will support the Curriculum Leader for Science with the leadership and management of the range of specialisms covered within the department and will be a highly committed, motivated and passionate teacher who can lead by example. 

We are looking for a candidate who will maintain a relentless focus on strategies to sustain the highest quality of teaching and learning in Science to achieve outstanding outcomes. You will be able to lead, strategically plan and motivate both students and teachers to achieve their full potential. This is a unique opportunity for a talented individual to help build an outstanding department.
