Scale 5 Spine Point 22 -25  35hpw Term time plus 2 weeks 

Parliament Hill School & William Ellis School jointly wish to appoint a 6th Form Student Study & Attendance Officer. The post holder would be part of the 6th Form LaSWAP Centre Team assisting with reception, administration and student attendance and will be responsible for supervising student study and implementing work programmes with individuals/groups as directed by the Directors of Sixth.   Actual hours for the post will be between 8.00am to 5.00pm. This may be 8.00am to 4.00pm or 9.00am to 5.00pm.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is able to respond flexibly and adapt to rapidly changing world. 
  • Shows  an ability to use existing resources to overcome challenges and creates      new and effective solutions.
  • Demonstrates courage, emotional intelligence, integrity and confidence.
  • Is a highly effective communicator.
  • Works well as part of a team and has a sense of humour.
  • Successful experience of working in a pressurised customer service environment.

Experience of a similar role within a school will be significant advantage, however it is not essential.
