Fixed Term This ABA role is in accordance with the ABA Provision 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ABA Tutor to provide a structured programme of intensive intervention, applying the scientific principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and Verbal Behaviour (VB) to deliver the National Curriculum and teach functional communication and life skills; enabling our pupils to lead rewarding lives and fulfil their potential. You will provide excellent ABA/VB teaching to children and young people with autism and associated learning difficulties and support the Teachers and ABA Consultants in ensuring the daily needs of our pupils are met in a professional, competent, safe and fun school environment. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring individual to support our young people with a range of general or complex learning and behavioural needs including autistic spectrum disorder. The role will require close work with class teachers and other professionals to achieve the best outcomes for our young people, and draw upon personal qualities of resilience, patience and good humour. Experience of SEN is essential.
