The Governors of Holy Trinity School are looking to appoint an Admin & IT Manager to work in our busy and friendly school office (35 hours per week, 41 weeks per year). The successful candidate will be joining a hardworking and committed staff team of this popular, successful and diverse multi-cultural school.
We welcome applications from well motivated and efficient individuals able to use their own initiative, work well as part of a team and present an extremely professional ‘front-line’ image of our school by excellent customer care, telephone and reception manner, someone who has a proven record of leading a team effectively.
The post holder will be in charge of the school office team, operational administrative systems and the school website.
The position requires excellent word processing, computer, IT and organisational skills. Additional training will be given on specialist software as required, and candidates must have, or be prepared to obtain, a First Aid at Work qualification.
