We currently have the following vacancy at St Aldhelm’s Academy, Herbert Avenue, Poole, BH12 4HS – Admin Assistant

We are looking for a well-organised and efficient person to provide administrative support to staff and students at St Aldhelm’s Academy.

You will assist students and parents with their enquiries, dealing with a high volume of phone calls and support with our on-call radio system. You will help with reception duties, admin tasks and data/exams duties as required. You will also be responsible for our Newsletter. We are looking for someone who is confident using Excel and is a real team player, happy to help out wherever needed.

Prior experience of SIMS would be an advantage but training will be provided.

We are looking for candidates who are passionate and ambitious with a drive and commitment to improve the life chances of our young people.
