Administration Assistant (1 full or 2 part-time posts)

40 hours per week, 40 weeks per year (term time, plus 2 weeks), 

Grade H2 SCP 3-5: Pro rata salary £17,765 - £18,452 per annum, inclusive of Fringe Allowance

Start date: Ideally 8th July 2019

As an Administration Assistant you will join a small team providing general administrative support to the academy including administering trips and visits, providing daily cover on Reception and assisting with school events. In addition you will assist with co-ordinating and administering the recruitment of staff and administering the booking of training courses for academy staff   You will have good literacy and numeracy skills, have previously worked in an administration role, have experience of using school information systems and have excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.

The Bushey Academy is 20 minutes by train from London Euston and enjoys a leafy setting close to the urban environment of Watford. We are a successful and popular 11-19 mixed secondary school that provides the highest quality of education for all learners. Our mission is to ensure that every one of our young people leave the academy fully equipped for their next stage in life, be it university or the world of work.
