We require an Administration Assistant to join our support staff team with a particular focus on coordinating Educational Visits and providing administrative support for the Duke of Edinburgh Award programme. This role is essential in supporting the large number of local, national and international visits that take place as part of school life and supports wider enrichment opportunities for students. The role involves liaison with colleagues across the school and would suit someone who thrives on a proactive approach.
To be successful, you will have excellent administrative and IT skills and will be highly efficient and organised. You will be able to deal sensitively with a variety of situations with external organisations, staff, students and parents. A calm, flexible approach and highly accurate written communication are essential.

The salary scale is the Local Authority’s Grade 4, £17,391 - £18,319 per annum (starting at £9.01 per hour, pay award pending). Actual starting salary will be approximately £12,191 per annum. Working hours are 8:30am to 3:00pm Monday to Friday with a 30-minute lunch break.
