About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Casual Administration Officer to join our vibrant and comprehensive team at St Francis Xavier College, Florey.  The Casual Administration Officer provides relief for Reception and Student Services staff. They are responsible for providing a pleasant and professional first point of contact between the College and the community.

This position is temporary in nature as it is dependent on a specific programme which is not of an ongoing nature. Should such funding be withdrawn, this Contract may be terminated earlier than the specified end date in line with the termination provisions contained within this Contract.


Essential Criteria

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

  • A strong commitment to the Catholic ethos of the College and a willingness to foster it in the College community
  • Experience working in Front Reception / Customer Service
  • Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office 365
  • Demonstrated high standard of communication and interpersonal
  • Skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Well-developed organisational skills
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Awareness of WH&S requirements and the skills to maintain a clean environment
