We are seeking an experienced Administration/Student Services School Officer to undertake a range of activities and provide high level support to the Senior Leadership team, with a particular focus on Student Services and Curriculum. The successful applicant will display proven communication and interpersonal, organisational and data entry skills which are paramount to the role.   The successful applicant will also have an understanding of the role of School Officer within a busy school environment, and experience and knowledge in the use of database and school systems such as eMinerva and Timetabler. Those with high level experience in the Microsoft Suite of programs, particularly 0365 would be highly desirable. The role will require a willingness to work with students and first aid, with training supplied where necessary.


St Joseph's College Coomera is a Brisbane Catholic Education master planned coeducational P-12 College opening in January 2019. The College will be located in Coomera, 40 minutes South of the Brisbane CBD and the Gold Coast.  The core values of the College will be Faith, Community and Excellence.

Weeks Worked:  Up to 52 weeks per year including school holidays

Tenure Duration (If Fixed Term):  

Total Paid Hours (per wk) & Days Required:   38 hours per week - Monday to Friday

Salary Level, Range or Hourly Rate:   School Officer Level 4


Employment Conditions:   Diocesan Catholic Education Employing Authorities in Queensland Single Interest Agreement 2015-2019

This position involves working with children.  The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child related employment in accordance with the law.
