We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Administration Support Officer to join our team here at Lawn Manor Academy, working alongside the AHT and Exams and Data Department.

We are looking for someone who is eager to join a supportive administration team; you must be a confident and able to work well within a fast-paced office environment and have previous experience of working within a school.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support and liaison for the AHT and with the Exams and Data Officer to produce data and reports throughout the year. Also assisting the Exams and Data Officer during the exam period to ensure that the exams run smoothly, and general office administration duties.

You will be a highly motivated individual, with proven skill in administrative activities and have extremely effective written and verbal communication skills.

The successful candidate must have a professional manner, be well organised, able to work under pressure and to deadlines. 

The working hours for this role are 28 hours per week, Monday – Friday (term time only).
