About the role
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our welcoming and dynamic team for 2023.
This position undertakes secretarial and administrative support across a broad range of College administrative functions.
Flexibility to learn various roles within the college and a positive disposition to work in partnership with staff, students and families will be highly desirable.

Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to work with student, parents, staff at all levels of the College and external agencies
- Demonstrated experience in a position applying flexibility and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise and work independently and exercise initiative

- hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and

Position tenure: Fixed Term
Weeks worked: School term weeks only (holidays unpaid)
Tenure duration (where Fixed Term): 2023
Total Paid Hours (per week) & days required: 5 days/week (30 hours/week) Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 2:30pm
Salary level, range or hourly rate: School Officer Level 2 - $29.35 per hour
Employment conditions: Diocesan Catholic Education Employing Authorities in Queensland Single Interest Agreement
