Required as soon as possible, a rare opportunity has arisen to join our hardworking and committed team of Support Staff at this outstanding 11-18 selective girls’ school which has an excellent academic reputation.

Scale 3, Points 3-4

Actual Salary: £16,161.93 - £16,484.96 gross per annum

37 hours per week – 8.00 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am to 4.00 pm on Friday

40 working weeks per year, which is term time, plus 5 training days, plus 5 days to be worked during school holidays

The Administrative Assistant is part of the Office team who provide a full support service to the school. The post holder will need advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel as these are used to full extent, including importing and exporting to other software packages and producing sophisticated documents and reports. A logical and organised work ethos is essential, as well as the confidence to use and explore task-specific software packages.
