Catholic Education, Archdiocese of Canberra & Goulburn (CE) plays an integral role in education both in the ACT and NSW, operating 56 Schools and 8 Early Learning Centres, with over 21,000 students and employing over 2,100 professionals.
This role supports the implementation of the Archdiocesan Vision for Catholic Schools and provides efficient and effective secretarial support to the Catholic Education Office.
To be successful in this role, you will provide secretarial and administrative support to members of the Catholic Education team by preparing documents, screening incoming calls and assisting in other general office duties. You will maintain a clean and safe workspace, and aim to be consistent with Catholic Education's Statement of Values and Ethics.
High School diploma with additional specialised training in specific aspects of job functions and/or demonstrated experience as an administrator will be highly regarded.
This position involves working with children. The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child related employment in accordance with CEO policy.
