The role and what we are looking for

Under the overall direction of the Principal and Operations Manager, to be responsible for covering a range of the Academy’s administrative duties.

We are looking for someone with:

·      Superior organisational skills, proven ability to work under pressure and respond to deadlines.

·      Strong secretarial and administrative skills

·      Excellent inter-personal skills.

·      Knowledge of a School Management Information System

·      Self-motivated, with a ‘can-do’ approach to problem solving and able to demonstrate initiative and work unsupervised.

·      Reliable, enthusiastic, committed.

·      Able to demonstrate diplomacy, patience, and credibility.

·      Team player who can work collaboratively in a diverse team and share knowledge.

·      Able to deal with people from a broad cross-section of backgrounds at all levels internally and externally.

·      Ability to remain discrete when privy to confidential information.

·      Willingness to own the Oasis Community Learning ethos.
