We are looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant/First Aider to join our team within school.

The post holder will also provide general administrative support to the school, primarily in the main office.  Duties will include typing of letters and documents, receiving and sending mail, and helping to staff the main reception desk – welcoming visitors and answering telephone calls.

As a trained First Aider you will be required to provide first response First Aid for children, staff and visitors at All Saints’ Catholic Academy including being the lead member of staff in attending emergency hospital visits.

Previous experience of working with young people aged 11-18 in either a paid or voluntary capacity is beneficial and a good understanding of English and Maths (GCSE Grade C or above) is important.

All Saints’ Catholic Academy is a mixed, non-selective Roman Catholic secondary school with sixth form situated in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. The school has approximately 1,500 students between the ages of 11-18. All Saints’ Catholic Academy is part of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi Academy Trust.

Formerly All Saints RC Comprehensive School, All Saints’ Catholic Academy opened in 1974 and converted to academy status in 2014.
