Oxford High School is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the Director of Sixth Form and Head of Careers.
This is an exciting opportunity to use your first class organisational and administrative skills to play an important role in the Sixth Form and Career programmes of a leading independent day school based in the heart of Oxford.
Key to the role will be excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to maintain a high level of efficiency. You will also need to be able to remain calm under pressure, with the ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines. Proven experience in office administration is also required.
